Welcome to the Oracle page of Gallery! Gallery has two oracles, one each for the god and goddess of the area. Oracles are the primary support team for area residents. They are pleased to help you with your site and answer any question you may have. They will work to resolve any problems that might arise in regards to your site. If they don't have the answer they know who to contact! Oracles also help with the various activities of the area and administrate the web ring. You can always ask a question or say hi to your Oracles on the Gallery Forum or send them an e-mail. The god of the Gallery is Hephaestus. Traditionally he was the god of fire and was the patron of all craftsmen. Since Gallery members are all artistic craftsmen using varying mediums from brush and clay to metal, jewels and fabric, this god felt right at home in this area. His Oracle is the "Oracle of the God Hephaestus." Currently the Gallery's god is in search of a strong and conscientious volunteer to fill this role. Are you interested? You can apply for the position by following the links and filling out the form at Elysium Gates Foundation. The goddess of the Gallery is Aphrodite. Traditionally she was the goddess of love and beauty. In many stories she was married to Hesphaetus, although the same stories say she wasn't very happy about the match. Now that she is an older and wiser Aphrodite, she is aware of the many good characteristics of Hephaestus and does not have quite the wanderlust as before. She also, as always, loves beauty, and felt this area offered her the most beautiful surroundings to show off her best features. Her Oracle is the "Oracle of the Goddess Aphrodite."  :Currently the Gallery's goddess is in search of a fun-loving and kind volunteer to fill this role. Are you interested? You can apply for the position by following the links and filling out the form at Elysium Gates Foundation. Meanwhile, if you have a question or are in need of an Oracle's help, e-mail Pegasus.
